Summary:
Set to the staccato rhythms of gossip columnist Walter Winchell's constant narration, each episode of the original TV-gangster series told the stories of real-life Prohibition-era rum runners and dope peddlers, stool pigeons, molls and gunsels, and above all, FBI straight-arrow Eliot Ness and his crew of dutiful, hand-picked Untouchables. The time of day was always night, the guns always shot and hit their marks--and the good guys always won.
