Summary:

When 9-year-old Felice writes a letter to Santa asking for a "new mommy," no-nonsense TV reporter Mary Maloney is assigned to cover the story. She spends the pre-Christmas holiday spirit with Felice and her wealthy widowed father. The magic of Christmas arrives with a mystifying nanny.
