Summary:
In 2007, Prince William County in Virginia enacted a policy requiring police officers to question anyone they had probable cause to believe was in the country illegally. Begun as a series of Internet videos, this documentary chronicles the passage of this law and its divisive effect upon residents and the devastating economic impact it had on their communities.
