Summary:
Luc Devreaux and Andrew Scott, two soldiers who killed each other in Vietnam, are brought back to life many years later as genetically-enhanced machines in order to complete a secret government mission; however, when Devreaux's memory begins to return, he escapes the program, setting off a super manhunt.
