Summary:
Part one. Black Beauty is born on the Maryland farm of Tom Gray. Part two. After the saving the life of his squire, Black Beuaty comes close to death in a fire, and is later sold to Enos Sutter. Part three. Black Beauty throws an abusive groom to his death and is sold to a man who doesn't understand horses. Part four. Beauty's new owner, heartsick at the lost of his loved one sells Beauty to a Baltimore cab owner. Part five. After fifteen years, Black Beauty is reunited with the Gray family.
