Summary:
Ankush is an aimless young man who scrapes a living by acting as a witness in Delhi's marriage registrar's bureau. Megha runs away from her home to get married to her love, Dheeraj. But Dheeraj does not show up at the Marriage Registrars Office. Megha is forced to rely on Ankush's generosity. A relationship develops between the two and Megha decides to leave her past embrace the future with Ankhush. Persistent in his search for Megha, Dheeraj returns and Ankush's new found happiness curmbles.
