Frankie's neighbors aren't very happy when Mrs. Beasley moves onto their street. They call her the cat lady because she takes in all kinds of stray cats and finds homes for them. Then Mrs. Beasley gets sick, and she may lose all her cats--even Frankie's favorite, Grey. If anyone can help Mrs. Beasley and the cats that no one wanted...it has to be Frankie.
