Summary:
The night of the following day: Professional criminals successfully kidnap a young girl from her wealthy family, but their plans become undone as they realize there is no trust between them.
The ugly American: As a compassionate American Ambassador to the strife-torn Southeast Asian nation of Sarkhan, Brando tries to keep Communists in the North from overrunning the weakened democracy in the South by making sure a vital road into the country's inaccessible interior goes through.
A countess from Hong Kong: Russian émigré countess Natascha becomes a stowaway in the shipboard stateroom of U.S. diplomat Ogden in order to escape her life of forced prostitution in Hong Kong. Her plan is to blackmail her way to freedom in the States but Ogden has a mind of his own and can resist even the charms of a countess.
The Appaloosa: Matt is a saddle tramp who has "killed and sinned" but who now wants only to settle down and breed horses. Chuy is a Mexican outlaw. Their battle begins when Chuy steals Matt's prize Appaloosa stallion and retreats to his carefully guarded Mexican village hide-away.
