Summary:
Whistle stop: Mary is a woman with a past who returns from the big city to her whistle stop hometown to find her former flame is now a womanizing boozer. (85 min.) Originally released as a motion picture in 1946. -- Cat's canary: cartoon. -- Detour: Why couldn't she have been a different girl? That's what Al Roberts, a small-time loser who picks up hitchhiker Vera on the way to California wants to know. Vera turns out to be one of the most evil-minded, cold-hearted and conniving femme fatales in the history of film. And she's got the goods on Al. How far will Al go to escape her clutches? (68 min.) Originally released as a motion picture in 1945.
