Summary:
Young Jim Hawkins discovers a treasure map in the papers of an old sea-dog at his mother's inn. He is joined by Squire Trelawney and Doctor Livesey, who outfit the ship to search for the treasure. They are almost thwarted by Long John Silver and his piratical crew -- but Jim and his friends triumph at the end of this action-packed adventure classic.
