Summary:
Peter, a successful playwriter, has hit a stagnate point in his life. On the other side of his fence is the neighbor's howling, nasty, four-legged mutt. His wife wants a child and when new neighbor's move in with a child, Peter's wife becomes attached to her. Peter finds that he better learn this kids lingo in order to keep up with the times for his writing.
