Summary:
A songwriter is given 47 minutes to write a hit or lose his job and his sweetheart. Features ten songs that represent different forms of American popular music. "The Tune" follows the adventures of Del, a nerdy songwriter, after he finds himself stranded in Flooby Nooby, a strange town. Led by the mayor of the town, Del learns about writing songs from the heart and meets many strange characters, including a babbling guru and a canine Elvis impersonator.
