Summary:
"Meet Scruff, a curious little puppy with energy to spare and plenty of love to give! As Halloween approaches, Scruff's owner, Peter, is preparing to celebrate with friends. But the plans are interrupted by the return of Count Tolosa, Peter's ancestor and a former thief. Unfortunately, the count's return coincides with a series of burglaries in the neighborhood, so it's up to Peter and Scuff to prove that the count is innocent."--Container.
