Summary:
Rosalee Futch is a grocery clerk living in rural West Virginia. She dreams of meeting her big-screen idol, Tad Hamilton. Her chance is the Win a Date with Tad Hamilton contest that was cooked up by Tad's agent and manager to clean up Tad's bad-boy image. When Tad meets Rosalee and gets a taste of what he's been missing in the real world, he decides he wants more and moves to West Virginia, turning Rosalee's dream come true into a nightmare for Richard Levy (Tad's agent), Richard Levy (Tad's manager) and, most of all, Pete (Rosalee's best friend and secret admirer).
