Summary:
Recycling looks at our throw-away mentality and the vast waste management problems it has created. The most promising solution presented in this program is "pre-cycling" or source reduction--forcing product designers and manufacturers to create products with packaging that considers recycling at every step. Recycling choices for paper, glass, metal, plastic, tires and organic wastes are discussed.
