Summary:
Charles Drood, a struggling cartoonist, finds himself named as the main suspect when a woman that he's been seeing is killed. The cop on the case might believe Drood is innocent, but someone is determined to drag him into it. So Drood gets involved and winds up in something so deep and so dark that he may not live to see the light of day.
