Summary:
Dramatization of a story by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. For years a master blackmailer has been preying on the weaknesses of others throughout London. When Holmes hears of the misery caused by the blackmailer, he begins a campaign to thrwart the villian. The campaign astonishes Dr. Watson by its strangeness and finds Holmes falling in love.
