Summary:
A sinister outlaw known as The Shadow is terrorizing the good citizens of Little Rock. Lawmen are killed, cattle are stolen. Then a handsome stranger, John Barrows (Wayne), thwarts a stage robbery and rescues a beautiful lady from certain death. Appointed the new sheriff, Powers has only one mission: to capture The Shadow, dead or alive.
