Summary:
A single mother and her young son encounter a samurai who has slipped through time. Culture shock abounds, as they learn how much Japanese culture has changed since the Edo period. They start to feel like a family, but as Yasubē develops skill as a baker his bond with the boy slips away and he needs think about what is most important in his life.
