Summary:
Digital copy of black and white film reels, probably dating from the late 1950s, and created as part of a student project or thesis in the University of Iowa's Department of Physical Education for Women. Split screen footage demonstrates techniques for stretching a variety of muscles. These raw films are work prints from a film that shows women demonstrating proper posture, demonstrating how to stand, sit, walk, and lift and carry items.
