Summary:
Inspired by a former homeless teen, a group of New York City kids try to write music about what is affecting their lives. After years of struggling, they finally record and produce their album, with the help of some very generous celebrities. The Hip Hop Project was launched by Chris "Kazi" Rolle at Art Start, a non-profit outreach organization in New York City.
