Summary:
Accepted into the Los Angeles Police Academy, cadets Chuck O'Flair, Harry Whenlon, and Russ Hardley pass the rigorous training program, but are soon bored with their humdrum assignments. After a grueling series of tests, they're transferred to the LAPD's elite motorcycle squad and begin to patrol the city. So when a routine traffic stop ends in Whenlon's murder, O'Flair and Hardley set out to track down the killers.
