Dr. Mills is a 2000 graduate of Palmer College. His first practice was so successful, he decided to open another, and then another, so that now he has 5 practices across Pennsylvania. He sees patients at the original location and has associates who see their patients at the other clinics. Because of his experience in opening new practices, he wanted to share a checklist of what to do 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before opening. A recurring theme is to introduce yourself to other business people in the community and find ways that your business can benefit theirs.
