Summary:
A transporter malfunctions and fuses Lt. Tuvok and Neelix into one dysfunctional being. Then, Tuvok tries to comprehend the thought processes of a psychopathic killer and gets his own mind twisted in the process. Then Janeway's resolve is tested and we learn how far she's willing to go to protect her ship and crew.
