An ordinary house cat, Scratch becomes the subject of a science experiment that leaves him able to team up with his past and future lives. Now, as Scratch9, he must use his new powers to free himself and his new friends from the C.R.U.E.L. Corporation and find his way home to his girl, Penelope.
