Summary:
On Skeet's 12th birthday, his older brother, Randy, buys him his first surf board. Suddenly his summer turns into the endless search for the perfect wave. Skeets new mentor, Jim, a surfing legend, brings conflict and turmoil between the two brothers as Randy becomes jealous of Jim.
