Summary:
One of three plays by Samuel Beckett that he allowed to be produced in 1988 specifically for the camera, under the Beckett-supervised direction of Walter Asmus. In this one-man, one-act exploration of the contrast between the lost past and the aimless present, the part of Krapp is played by Rick Cluchey, who became a devotee of Beckett while an inmate at San Quentin and went on to cofound a drama workshop there.
