Summary:
Mark Taffin is a cynical enforcer for hire who out toughs the toughs by outsmarting them. Angry citizens turn to Taffin after a corrupt business syndicate and their gang of violent thugs try to force the town into accepting a hazardous chemical plant. Taffin goes after them and the ensuing battle escalates into an all-out war.
