Authur Mitchell introduces this studio recording of Agnes de Mille's "Fall River legend'" based on the story of Lizzie Borden. Accused in 1892 of the brutal killing of her father and stepmother in Fall River, Massachusetts. Borden experienced aa dramatic life of love, sadness, and ultimately murder, rendered here in a dance performance.
