Summary:
Both the police, and the criminals of the Hill Street precinct have a new force to reckon with when Captain Freedom, the red-tighted crime fighter with "interplanetary powers," makes his first appearance on the scene. Meanwhile, Furillo moves swiftly to find three young hoods who savagely pillaged a sleazy night spot and left at least two patrons dead. Elsewhere, La Rue goes undercover as a scummy lowlife in the Hill Street jail.
