Blumenthal, Northampton, Massachusetts, designed and completed the cases and bindings with marbled paper by Iris Nevins of Johnsonburg, New Jersey"--Colophon Bound in brown quarter leather with fore-edge leather strips and marbled paper sides, with gray leather spine label.
