Summary:
"The proposed book "Ethnobotany: Ethnopharmacology to bioactive compounds" will be a large-scale synthesis of scientific knowledge, molecular, phytochemical, medicinal and pharmacological bases of useful medicinal and food plants. The book will identify the factors that are affecting the use of different species, from ethnobotanical use to molecular bases. The book will include chapters that focus on plants selected for medicinal use activities against diseases such as cancer, pharmacological use, phytochemical characterizations"-- Provided by publisher.
