A family celebrating their recent success perish in a ferocious house fire. DCI Karen Heath is called out in the middle of the night to a house fire with a difference. With no witnesses, no clues and no evidence, she knows she has her work cut out. As she stands in the darkness watching the flames ravage everything in its path, Karen needs to determine what led to three generations of one farming family losing their lives when they had everything to look forward to.
