Summary:
Gina B blends the sculpting and toning benefits of resistance exercise, with the fat shredding & core strengthening benefits of dancing and walking. You'll do 4 x 5 minute alternating rounds in each circuit. The cardio rounds will have you Dancing That Walk and the toning rounds will strengthen and sculpt your body.
