Summary:
Thomas Jefferson Geronimo, III, is a deputy sheriff working in a small town in South Texas. When Joseph Palermo and his brother, Anthony, two Mafia hitmen, attempt to escape across the border into Mexico, Geronimo moves into action. He kills one brother and captures the other. Geronimo is ordered to take the surviving brother, Joseph, back to Italy for trial. Palermo's cohorts plan for their expected arrival and plan to halt this Final Justice.
