Summary:
A trip to the moon (original title: Le voyage dans la lune) is a fantasy film featuring trick photography. A group of scientists travel to the moon by being shot in a capsule from a giant cannon, are captured by moon-men, escape, and fall vertically back to earth. Includes scenes of dancers from the Théâtre du Châtelet and acrobats from the Folies-Bergère. The extraordinary voyage is a documentary about making A trip to the moon.
