Summary:
The Stinkers are a group of mischievous misfits. While at the Summer Program at upscale Dartmoor Academy, they went on a field trip to the Springville aquarium. They decided to kidnap Slappy the Sea Lion and return him to his ocean home. Unfortunately, there's another sea lion-napper on the premises, has a plan for Slappy in a Bulgarian circus. Once the Stinkers get Slappy back to Dartmoor, he wreaks havoc on Parents Day and get the kids expelled. The Stinkers must save Stinky from the evil animal broker and redeem themselves with Headmaster Brinway.
