This index to the Martin Heidegger Gesamtausgabe, which currently encompasses approximately 90 volumes and more than 30,000 pages, is indispensable for anyone who wants to deal with Heidegger's writings in detail. It opens up the complete edition by gathering together the most important passages for each of the more than 900 keywords. Word fields and guiding principles supplement the keywords, clarifying them and linking them with each other together, thereby revealing spaces of thought. The main keywords are further illuminated by the attached quotations from Heidegger's writings. Thus the register is at the same time usable as an independent lexicon to the guiding principles of Heidegger's thought. At the same time, the index can be used as an independent encyclopaedia on the guiding principles of Heidegger's thinking. The volume is supplemented by a comprehensive index of persons and a directory of cross-references between the individual volumes of the complete edition.-- Provided by publisher.
