Dr. Sheldon Braaten explains the importance of assessment in helping children who have emotional and behavior disorders succeed in school. He discusses his assessment instrument, the Behavioral Objective Sequence (BOS) and how it can be used to help assess behavioral and social competencies of students in grades K-12 in order to determine developmentally appropriate behavioral objectives.
