Summary:
Astronaut John Crichton stills dreams of Earth. Lost in part of the universe that even the locals call "The uncharted territories", he's onboard a huge living ship called Moya together with a squabbling, colorful crew of escaped alien ex-cons. There's Ka D'Argo a multi-tentacled Luxan warrior, Zhaan Nebari thief, Rygel, the amphibious Hynerian dominar in exile. But most of all, there is Aeryn Sun, a beautiful former commando pilot and the focus of Crichton's affection. Hot on their trail is Scorpius an obsessed military leader and sadistic half-breed genius - who believes Crichton's brain holds the secret to harness wormholes. Scorpius will haunt Crichton's mind and destroy his life to find the information he seeks!
