Summary:
For too long Emily Parr has been subject to the whims of her uncle and the lecherous advances of his repulsive business partner. She plans on being done with them by finding a kind husband. It seems easy enough, until she is abducted by the incorrigible Godric, Duke of Essex. The difficult debutante's blend of sweetness and sharpness make him desperate for what he never wanted: love.
