Summary:
It's explosive action when a renegade Russian general who can't let go of the cold war gets his hands on a nuclear bomb and sends it hurling toward Iraq on a hijacked train. Special United Nations anti-crime agents are called in to stop the train and disarm the bomb. And nobody cares how.
