Binding: grey paper covers; issued in clamshell box covered in grey linen, lined with purple suede cloth; plain paper title label on box printed in grey. Bound by Nesta Rendell Davies (Cf. Introduction). Issued as loose folded leaves in 9 numbered sections each with poem or Bible quotation and plate with etching; includes [11] pages of text. Library copy is number 8 and signed by the artist. IaU Poems and quotes from the Bible accompany etchings expressing death. Woodcut title page by the artist.
