Summary:
Documents the injustice in the legal system of a small town in Bakersfield, California, and shows what happens when power is allowed to exist when civil rights are jeopardized. Here the district attorney has been in office for more than 25 years and has convicted dozens of innocent working-class people, sending some of them to prison for decades before they were exonerated.
