Summary:
A collection of works from the often overlooked earliest phases of cinematography, covering the series photography of Muybridge, Edison's kinetoscope shorts, thru the first Keystone Kops, as well as the animation of McCay. Special features of this release include an adaptation of the original narrative meant to be recited with A trip to the moon, and "slide stills' of theater/venue announcements.
