Summary:
Premiering on NBC in 2001 and lasting ten seasons, Law & Order: Criminal Intent is the second spin-off of the highly successful crime drama series Law & Order and focuses on the criminal justice system from the criminal's point of view. In the style of the original L & O, episodes are often 'ripped from the headlines' or loosely based on a real crime that received media attention.
