Summary:
A woman haunted by the gruesome death of her cousin at the hands of cannibals is committed to a mental hospital where a bright, young neurosurgeon is asked by her aunt to surgically end her suffering. However, the doctor discovers that the woman's delusions are in fact true, leading to troubling questions for the aunt.
