In the Kalahari Desert, an educational safari goes wrong and five teens are stranded without a guide. Sarah, the daughter of zoologists, draws on her survival skills to keep the group alive. However, when a silver lion attacks the group, the group learns the lion's silver color comes from a contagious and deadly virus that could destroy life on Earth. Now the teens must outrun the virus and its creators, who want to eliminate anyone who knows about it.
