Summary:
After being defeated and left for dead by his genetically engineered replacements, Sgt. Todd must save a peaceful community from destruction by the same soldiers; a reformed drug runner is pressured into one more job, and the cop assigned to bust him is his boyhood friend; a government analyst joins an anti-terrorism unit trying to save a hijacked airplane with a deadly virus aboard headed toward Washington, D.C.; the policeman who helps a young couple after an armed robbery attempt becomes obsessed with them and soon their protector becomes predator.
