Dr. Alex Taylor opens her eyes and finds herself hooked to an IV and bound to an operating table, her legs in stirrups. Disoriented, she assumes she's been in an accident. But the man standing over her, with his face hidden behind a surgical mask, is a stranger, and he's methodically explaining he's about to attack her. When she comes to, she reports the rape. But after a physical exam reveals no proof of any attack, the police, and even her boyfriend, are skeptical of her bizarre story. Alex begins to wonder if she's lost her mind, until she meets the next victim.
